These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of InstaLeads ("we", "our", or "us"), including our website, dashboard, and related features for Instagram follower growth, reach analytics, lead discovery, and performance reporting.

By creating an account or using InstaLeads, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you may not use our platform.

You must be at least 16 years old to use InstaLeads. By using our platform, you confirm that you meet this requirement and that you have the authority to enter into these Terms on behalf of yourself or the organization you represent.

If you are using InstaLeads on behalf of a company or other entity, you represent that you are authorized to bind that entity to these Terms.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account.

You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information when creating your account and to keep that information up to date.

You must notify us promptly of any unauthorized use of your account or any other security breach.

To use InstaLeads, you must connect an Instagram account that you own or are authorized to manage. We access this account through a secure, official-style authorization flow and never request or store your Instagram password.

You are responsible for ensuring that your use of InstaLeads, and any growth or outreach activity conducted through your connected account, complies with Instagram's own terms of use and applicable platform policies.

You may disconnect your Instagram account from InstaLeads at any time through your dashboard settings.

InstaLeads offers paid subscription plans, including Starter, Growth, and Pro tiers, each with different features and usage limits as described on our pricing page.

Subscriptions are billed in advance on a recurring basis (monthly or annually, depending on your selected plan) and automatically renew unless cancelled before the next billing date.

You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation will take effect at the end of your current billing period, and we do not provide refunds for partial billing periods except where required by law.

We reserve the right to change our pricing with advance notice. Continued use of InstaLeads after a price change takes effect constitutes acceptance of the new pricing.

You agree not to use InstaLeads to engage in spam, harassment, deceptive practices, or any activity that violates Instagram's terms of service or applicable law.

You agree not to attempt to reverse engineer, copy, resell, or interfere with the operation or security of our platform.

You agree not to use InstaLeads to collect or process data on individuals in a manner that violates their privacy rights or applicable data protection laws.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that we reasonably believe are violating these Terms or misusing the platform.

InstaLeads provides lead discovery and analytics features based on publicly available engagement signals and data from your connected account. We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or business outcomes resulting from this data.

You are solely responsible for how you use leads, insights, or recommendations provided through InstaLeads, including any outreach you conduct as a result.

InstaLeads and its original content, features, branding, and functionality are owned by us and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use InstaLeads for your own business or personal purposes, subject to these Terms.

You retain ownership of your own content and data. By using InstaLeads, you grant us a limited license to process that data solely to provide our services to you.

You may stop using InstaLeads and close your account at any time through your dashboard settings.

We may suspend or terminate your access to InstaLeads, with or without notice, if you violate these Terms, fail to pay applicable fees, or if we reasonably believe your use poses a risk to our platform or other users.

Upon termination, your right to use InstaLeads will immediately cease, though certain provisions of these Terms will continue to apply.

InstaLeads is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.

We do not guarantee specific results, including follower growth, reach increases, or lead conversion, as these depend on factors outside our control.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, InstaLeads and its team will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, our platform.

Our total liability for any claim arising from these Terms or your use of InstaLeads will not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim.

We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we will notify you by email or through a notice on our platform before the changes take effect.

Your continued use of InstaLeads after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which InstaLeads is incorporated, without regard to its conflict of law principles, unless otherwise required by applicable local law.
